Passed away peacefully on July 4th, 2023, with her family at her side. She was in her 95th year. Preceded in death by her beloved husband Roly Bethune. Dearly loved mother of John Bethune, Gael Bethune (Rao) and Paul Bethune. Adored grandmother of Dhanain Rao (Australia), Ramesh Rao (Australia), Ross Bethune (USA), Lauren Bethune/Dix (USA), Caine Bethune (NZ), Kylie Bethune (NZ). Great grandmother to: Scarlett Rao, Sienna Rao, Nadia Rao, Sofia Rao, Landon Dix, Gavin Dix, Grayson Dix, Scarlett Bethune, and Barrett Bethune.
