I woke up in South Africa this morning to the shocking and dreadful news of Wendy’s passing.. I am heartbroken for my dear friend Paul and his sons Jack and Perry. Of whom Wendy was so very proud. Your pain and grief must be indescribable. I can only wish you the strength, courage and fortitude to deal with this awful tragedy. My sincere condolences to all of Wendy’s family. I wish you all long life.

I only met you once when my wife Andrea introduced me to you & Paul in New Market 2 years ago. The lasting impression you made on me was your positivity and lust for life. My deepest condolences to Paul and the rest of the family. Rest well.

Thank you Wendy for being a loving aunt and great support to Uncle Paul and Jack and Perry. I fondly remember having tea with you and laughing often in your homes in New Zealand. You will be missed and remembered.

Wendy was an inspiration in so many ways, and the strength of her personality shone through in everything she put her mind to. And what a mind! Her interests were vast and varied, and her joy of living unparalleled. Our beautiful friend of many years, we will miss you terribly. All our love to Paul, Jack and Perry.

I had the privilege to meet Wendy once, and the souvenir of such a lovely and welcoming person will stay with me always. My thoughts are with her, Perry, Triin, and all her family who suffered such a terrible loss. Sending you many loves and strength from Belgium.

Sweet Wendy you were such a passionate and loving person who was always there for your family. I have so many memories of you during Perry's dancing days and then later as a friend. We didn't see one another often but when we did the stories of our travels were shared with lots of laughs Love to her beautiful family at this hard time xx
