It is with great sadness we wish to announce that Anne suddenly passed away, with Rebecca by her side on 16th July 2023 at Auckland Hospital, aged 60 years. Much loved daughter of the late John and Beryl Gill and sister of John, Margaret, Barbara, Christine, Roy, Peter (deceased), Ross, Yvonne, and Susan she will be dearly missed. Anne was a great friend and special aunt and great aunt to many, Zayne is going to miss your cooking. Remembered with love and respect by her daughter Rebecca. We wish to thank the staff at Auckland Hospital and the St Johns Ambulance Service. In lieu of flowers we ask that donations are made to the St Johns Ambulance Service. A funeral service will be held at Davis Funeral Services, 400 Dominion Road, Mount Eden, Auckland. A live stream will be available for those unable to attend in person.

Tributes
Anne was a very special person who I worked with for about 5 years in a small business. We got to travel all over New Zealand, Samoa, Tahiti, Tonga, Fiji and Australia working and had mostly good times as we did our work. I relied on her to always fill in the blanks and cover the issues I didn't see. She was fiercely loyal and someone who if she loved what she was doing she did it to her mighty best and she did. I am very sorry I couldn't be there in person to see you off - I am watching from afar and we send our love. I will miss you dear Anne, thank you for being Aunty to my children and a dear friend to me and Corrin. Rest in peace.
