For the many years I knew George and the many visits Ted and I paid to his and Zills home, George never failed to impress me as the man of the latest and greatest inventions, even though I didnt have the foggiest what he was on about. But Ted always looked enthusiastic and impressed so that was good enough for me. To this day, when I think of George, I can still see the image in my minds eye as clear as yesterday of this amazing man standing in his back yard with a twinkle in his eye and that very knowing smile, explaining the complexities of his latest invention. The one that stood out for me was this ingenious engine he had designed that was going to revolutionise the world, I think George is still working on that one. George is at peace now, back with his beloved Zill and brother Ted but I bet you he's working on another brilliant idea ..... With love Mariea Coppard
