Ray, You contrubit so much to aviation in NZ and more so in the helicopter world., we are very greatfull for. Many of us are still here today because of your training, suopervision, guidance and support of the industry. Even as a Civil Aviation inspector you were very fair and reasonable because of your prioir experience and drive to be fair.

Pamela’s uncle Ray was the first person from the Wilson side of the family that I met. In Ray style he turned up in his Bus for our house warming and even though we offered him a place to stay inside he preferred to stay the night in his bus. He lead an amazing life and was always entertaining with all his stories. He was someone I always admired and hoped I too could be so adventurous as I aged. Ray you will be missed, but I’m sure you are now off on your greatest adventure.

Rest in Peace with Carolyne. We will miss you my old mate, many happy memories. Larry & Helen
