You always impressed me with your open book approach to people and life. You demonstrated a genuine care for those close to you and to those you work with. Never a time when I met with you and could not help but smile at your wit and ability to see humor in stuff that happened. You spoke your truth. It's been many years since we spoke and worked together but my memories of you are found & like yesterday.

I am honoured to say that I knew Irwin and proud to say he was my friend. If you needed help he was there, if you needed someone to listen he was there and if you needed to smile Big Irr was there to bring laughter to any situation. Irwin was a man who inspired others and did it without possible realising he did so. The world is a poorer place now that he has left us. Good in peace my friend.
