I met Bill when I started working in the same trade in 1986. Larger than life and always ready in to morning with a cheery "Gidday mate". I appreciated the way he taught a green worker around the trade and made the world a brighter place. RIP Bill, and thank you.
Bill So sad to hear of your passing Bill, I think back with a big smile to the times we worked together at Ohakea in the paint shop ( late 70’s early 80’s) You were a great guy, always happy and in the middle of all the things we got up to in the paint shop to entertain ourselves. We put out some pretty flash paint jobs on the aircraft. Always entertaining at happy hours or the joe time card games. Sorry I couldn’t make your send off. RIP mate. Cheers Terry
