Tributes

Graeme, Glen and Odele Deepest sympathy to you all at this sad time of Shirley’s Passing. Many fond memories of childhood days in Stokes Valley and camping at Morrison Bush and my several visits to you in Whangarei. Hopefully Shirley and Ray have met up again with Lorraine and Colin and the McPherson clan as well as my late husband Graham May they all rest in peace with our love, gone but never forgotten. To Graeme, Glen, Odele and families We are so very sorry to learn of Shirley’s passing. Shirley and Ray were a huge part of our childhood and we have such fond memories of the awesome friendship our parents shared. Wonderful trips to Morison’s Bush, camping, swimming, endless days of sunshine and let’s not forget the rain. An enduring 60+ years of strong lifelong bond which survived over distance when each family shifted from Stokes Valley. The laughter, memories and farts will never fade away as they all live on in our hearts. Shirley, a truly wonderful neighbour, amazing friend, we hope you and Ray, Ken and Dottie, and Deborah have met up again, enjoying lots of laughter. Big hugs from afar. Jan and Chris, Paul and Carol, Dennis and families McPherson clan
