PAKINGA, Merania Mary (Snr) aged 80 years.

Passed away peacefully Thursday 24 August 2023 at her whare surrounded by her whanau holding her hands and listening to her favourite waiata.

Beloved wife of the Late Mohi Pakinga (Snr). 

Treasured mother of Mohi, Cecelia, Merania Jnr (Dec), Louise and Phillip.

Adored mother in law, Nanny, Aunty and loved by so many.

Merania will be lying in state at Tunohopu Marae, Rotorua from Saturday 26th August, with a Requiem Mass Service held 11am on Monday 28 August at St Michaels Church, Lake Road, Rotorua, followed by burial at Kauae Cemetery.
