We thoroughly enjoyed Graeme’s company on the two occasions he stayed with us at our home in Melton Mowbray. We can understand why he had so many good friends. Chelsea have certainly lost one of their most loyal supporters.
you will be sadly missed graham by all your family and friends lovely to have known you eddie elsie xxx
Graeme - not sure what to say here - but i will miss my friend. Someone who I got closer to as the years went by- known each other for many years going back to our 20's - spent lots of time arguing over the best football team who we played for and supported and all the rivalry that comes with that. We also spent at lot of time at golf over the years and I even remember having to carry him around the course last time we played at Westown Plenty of games of cards we played and I'm sure you will be missed there as its not the same when our old card school has lost another member- I'm sure Maarten Shaun and Donald will agree with that In the last few years when you weren't able to get around so well we still talked a lot over the phone and you kept me and Vicki up to date with what was happening back home - will miss you a lot Graeme and my thanks go out to you for being one of my good friends throughout our lives Schane
Graeme _ taken much too young and you will much missed by all whether it be Football,Golf,Quiz and many other friends and contacts. Personally we will miss the many Quiz nights and the successes we had Also the many discussions we had about many things when we called To your family (Roy, Susan and their family in particular) please accept our sincerest codolences and apologies for not being able attend Graeme's today love and kind regards Roger and Marilyn Sheridan
Dear Graeme Where to start….you had a heart so big and a sense of humour to match. We set off on a fairly big adventure all those years ago and you were so good to me on my very first flight. I was terrified and you took my mind off it by making fun of me - it worked. You took me to my very first English football game (not allowed to say Soccer over here 😁) England 8 Turkey nil at the old Wembley . You were so proud! Then to another first - at your beloved Stamford Bridge to see Chelsea beat Crystal Palace. Another first - an experience of a mini football riot after the game when the fans clashed. But you kept me safe against the fence in the shed end. That was truly scary! We grew so close during those years - sharing a house with Derek, spending our first Christmas oop North with the Snowdens and Fletchers. Good times. I will always treasure my memories of our friendship.I know you will be sorely missed - you were so loved and respected and a man can’t ask for much more than that.A true gent. Goodbye my friend - fly high. Love ya Snoop ❤️❤️❤️
Deepest sympathy to all the family. We were so glad that we managed to see Graeme one last time on his recent trip to England. It brought back many happy football memories from bygone years. May you rest in peace Graeme.
