TAYLOR John Francis
On 19 August 2025, passed away peacefully in the loving arms of his wife Jill, aged 76 years. Beloved husband, much loved dad of Amy and Mike, Ben and Sarah, Mark and Kara. Special grandad of Sophie, Emma, Matthew, Olivia, James and Lucie. He will be loved and missed forever.
Special thanks to the amazing staff of Ward 2, Tauranga Hospital for such tender care of John.
We will celebrate John’s life with a Requiem Mass at St Thomas More Church, 17 Gloucester Road, Mt Maunganui, on Friday 22 August at 10:30am, followed by burial at Matamata Cemetery, 155 Peria Road, Matamata.

You were an awesome uncle especially when I was young and I have many memories of you hurdling over the fences on the farm at Wairere Road, as if by magic to my child's mind. And teasing me calling me spotted dog. Your smile was infectious :) You will not be forgotten.
