Thinking of Rita's family today sending condolences to you all. Rita was one of the most giving and caring people I ever had the privilege to have known she was the type of person that always had her door open to any one and would welcome you to her home. She will always be a in my thoughts

Thank you for being like a nanna to me and a dear friend to my Poppa. Also, thank you for showing up at each Christmas, birthday and funeral. I have fond memories of eating Mums scones with us all at the table. I could tell your family were taonga to you as they would not be far from our topic of conversation. We often saw your cheeky spark and strength. Lastly, I saw your deep connection with Taranaki and it’s people… Your memory astounded me! God bless you and peace to you. Kate Judson
