HORSFALL Maraekura (Cathy) Nee’ Andrews: Sadly passed away peacefully on Thursday 12th October 2023 at Eltham Care Rest Home, Eltham. Cherished daughter of John & Myra Andrews. Dearly Loved Wife of the Late George. Loved Mum to Mahanga, Kura & Marcus (d), and Hoani. Adored and respected by many. A service to celebrate the life of Cathy will be held at Waiokura Marae Winks Road, Manaia on Monday 16th October 2023 commencing at 10am. Followed by her burial at Otamare Urupa. A delayed recording of Cathy’s service will be available on her tribute page later that day at www.hardingsfunerals.co.nz/tributes

Ones heart aches as you venture on your next journey. May the purpetual light shine bright across the land like the beacon you were. It was an honour aunty I can't believe I'm actually lost for words of all the people in the world you've got me at stomped. Each moment with you was an adventure not one moment wasted. May the wind carry your words as I know they were heard with compassion and true dilligance. Thank you aunty for being you and insuring the haa was always lit so we could find our way home. This is not goodbye aunt...this is your moment for you are a true KUMARA...Love you always xxx Pet, Norm and Charles aka bubba
