Tributes

My friend, Annette, I will miss our fellowship together. You have been an inspiration in my life because of your strength and endurance in all that you have faced in this life. Your faith was a blessing to witness. At home in your heavenly abode with your Saviour in the presence of the Almighty God that you served. No more sickness my friend and no more pain for you. Rest in peace now...your fight has been won. I will continue to pray for Julie and the family...I will be there for them. Love you, My friend. Thank you for making me a part of your life.

On Saturday 14th October 2023, I received news that has rocked me to my very core and back again. There is no where to run and no where to hide (my health issues have helped with that) to day I lost apart of me, because it was the day that Annette died. We had our ups and we had our downs, today I lost a friend, a sole mate and apart of me, because it was the day Annette died. My heart is aching and my head is hurting, because today I lost a part of me, because it was the day you were called elsewhere and it was because you had to die. Thank you for your friendship and thank you for the memories. You may now be gone, you will never be forgotten. Until we meet again, your face will not be forgotten. R.I.P. Farewell Annette. Thanks for being such a loyal friend. We've had some amazing times together, shared some good laughs, sung some karaoke, I've looked out when my band plays to see you sitting in the crowd, you've supported me at my Hair Salon, you've supported me with my asthma and other health related things. I will miss you sweet lady. Thank you for being you. No more pain now 🥰 We will meet again one day. Until then, Rest in Peace and Love

Farewell my friend Annette I am so sad of your passing but I know you that you were so tired of fighting for your health each day, your fight is now over and you can rest with your Bobby by your side. You were the first person I met when I moved into Wainui Court, then our cats Miss Lilly and my Mudamuss became girl and boy cat-friends. Sometimes we would either sit at my back door or you at your front door and me at my back door and watch them playing and chasing each other it would bring us lots of laughter. Some times, we would sit at my back yard and we would have the bubble wands (I had brought for the kids) and there is us having a lot of fun holding them in the breeze swishing them through the air and how Miss Lilly was a bit uncertain. It was a fun time. Each year you would always organise a birthday lunch for Sue, Chrissy, Bernie, you, me. Sadly that stopped happening. I'm sorry that in the last year or so I was unable to catch up as much it was nice when we did catch up. You were always so generous offering me your car to use anytime I needed to and would bring over stuff you had picked up etc. I know that you loved and adored your daughter Julie your grandchildren, Jayden, Danielle, Harley and of course your animals. You loved your Lilly as she did you she is safe and being cuddled and loved in the arms of your granddaughter Danielle and family. She will be ok. You are now with your Bobby, your brother and your family having a big catchup and you have none of those health issues that held you at home. Rest my friend and know that your are missed by many Kua haere ia ki tōna moenga roa. She has gone to her eternal rest. Arohanui Krys and Dot. xx
