KIA ORA BRO [SKIP] THANKYOU FOR ALL THE UNSELFISH TIMES, YOU SPENT WITH ME AT THE WORKSHOP IN MAROOCHYDORE. THE MANY CHATS WE HAD TALKING SHIT, BUT WE ALWAYS WOULD SAY GOOD SHIT. TO THIS DAY WE BOTH LOVED THE ALLBLACKS, BUT NOT BECAUSE THEY ONLY PLAYED RUGBY. THE ALLBLACKS TAUGHT US ABOUT LIVING LIFE, ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND THAT POLISH OF PERFECTION. HEY I STILL REMEMBER THE XMAS DAY WE WENT TO THE WORKSHOP AND CHANGED THE OIL AND FILTER AND HAVING A LAUGH CRACKING JOKES. THAT BLACK UTE WAS A TREASURE ALRIGHT. I THOUGHT YOU MIGHT HAVE DONATED IT TO TE-WAKA BY NOW. THANKYOU FOR THE MEMORIES. P.S IF YOU CAN UP THERE. ESTHER WILL BE OK.

Your legacy is fulfilled your place in Dragon Boat History throughout the lands will be magnified by those you unselfishly gave so much time and energy too. Te Waka Dragons membership will always speak of you with fondness and great diligence and respect. All of the funny crazy antics will be fondly remembered too because you never took yourself too seriously and Skip you always gave with both hands a mark of a true leader. Scratch will be happy to see his daddy again and so will all the whanau beyond the veil so haere ra e hika travel well.PS I still cannot find the key to my black holden ute and my watch is no where to be found...and do you want me to notify the 'Temu' mob to stop sending silly stuff to your address.
