It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved partner, sister, Aunty, nanny, cousin, Pauline Taute on Friday 22 August 2025.

Pauline was the beloved daughter of Te Kore o Te Rangi and Numi Taute, devoted partner to Rangi Mahuika and loving Aunty to Kauri. She was a cherished sister, Aunty, cousin and nanny and a wonderful friend to so many.

 Pauline will make her final journey this morning from Pōneke back to Pōhara Marae until she returns to her final resting place, with her parents, brothers and loved ones (details to follow).
