Belinda was a shining light of positivity even through the adversity that she faced in the later years of her life. I liked hearing her stories about PNG back in the school days, I think I even recall her trying to teach me some pidgin English. Thank you for being a kind Aunty to my nieces. My thoughts are with with all of the Allen whānau, what a huge loss for you all. Arohanui x

My first meaningful friendship, the girl next door, the woman who epitomises the meaning of friendship. We are the ones who miss out by not having you here. I’m comforted by the knowledge that you are pain free and with our Heavenly Father and that we will see you again, one day. I will miss you. All my love Cins xx

My dearest Be, from a friendship formed on Sunday mornings in the bathroom at Mercury theatre (as only the best friendships could), to housemates, to celebrations and sorrows, to sharing so many moments in such a short few years. You are and will always be one of a kind, and I already miss you dearly. I know you are celebrating in heaven with John, and well as we've always said I'll see you later my friend. Love you!
