passed away suddenly on Monday,  6 November 2023, aged 57 years. Loved son of the late Peter and Alida; brother of Eric (dec), Mike, and Steve; uncle of Liam, Eric, Josh, Kate, and Charlotte. James loved being an active part of his community and was much respected in return.

A Requiem Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Hokianga Road, Dargaville on Saturday 11 November 2023, at 11.30 am; followed by burial at Mt. Wesley Lawn Cemetery. All communications to Nyssen family, 19 Portland Terrace, Dargaville 0310.
