Hoki, I would like to thank you for being the most caring mother in law - always there to support but never taking over. I enjoyed our chats about family, life, religion and the world. I admired your wisdom and the ability to see good in everyone around you. I could see the love and pride you had for all your children and grandchildren. You fiercely protected and advocated for all those you loved. Thank you for the last 30 years - I will miss you but will always remember your warmth, kindness and beautiful smile, Alison xx

To our beautiful Nan/Big Nan. No words can describe our feeling of loss. You were a big part in all of us 24 Mokos and 18 moko-mokos lives. You were our home, our healer and shoulder to cry on, and our person to lay everything out to. Although you may not be here physically with us anymore, we will hold our memories with each other very close and very much alive.
