Dear Kaylene. I'm thinking of my late husband Trevor as I convey my words. For decades Trev would do a phone round for a foursome of tennis available to meet at Pukekura Tennis Courts for doubles social tennis. Gary Spurdle, Darryl Finderup, Bernard O'Sullivan were others in the 4some - sore muscles etc meant elastic bandages were often seen. Trev loved that weekly event. He loved Larry and his 'ways'. May you gain comfort from knowing the affection Larrisa (Trev's occasionalaffectionate nickname) is held by so many.

So saddened to hear of the Loss of Larry. Condolences to Kaylene & families. He will always hold a special place in our family's heart, friend for many years of our Dad (Noel RIP) through the tennis, horse racing, Water front Industry Commission days. A fun loving man, with a wicked sense of humour. He Will be greatly missed by all. Dad will love a wine & chat about the old days with you up there with the Angel's. RIP Larry. I was very saddened to hear of Larry’s passing. I will miss our chats about Aussie every time he came into work. My condolences to Kaylene and family, my thoughts are with you all during this sad time. He will be deeply missed.
