Mum had a lot of great recipes. From her jams and jellies to her awesome whitebait patties. One memory I have is when Ken & I were toddlers in Kaimata (I think) and the steam engine had just passed. Mum couldn't locate us and she thought the engine had cleaned us up. She found Kenny and I on the train platform playing. Therefore, the start of any Grey hairs. She was a devoted Nana and loved knitting for them and others. We love her & we're going to miss her greatly.
