Reid Maryanne ( née Mcleod)
Died peacefully at home with her family at her side 28th September 2025. Much love wife of Murray and Mum to Adam Ollie Rob and Warwick. Adored Nanna to Louis. Youngest daughter of Alex and Freda McLeod of Featherston and sister of the late Alexander, Susan, Margaret, Richard, and Jane. Much loved Aunty Bub to countless nieces and nephews. Her brave journey is finally over leaving a huge gap in all our lives. Thankyou to the wonderful medical staff who have helped Maryanne over 5 years and especially the nurses at Franklin Hospice.
A Funeral will be held at 1pm Monday 6/10 at St Patrick’s Church Seddon St, Pukekohe. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Franklin Hospice would greatly appreciated.

To the Reid family, thinking of you all right now at this difficult time. Bub was one of a kind and I always enjoyed chatting to her on her trips to the wairarapa. I also enjoyed hearing stories from Kate and Sarah about their "favorite aunty". We are sorry that we will not be joining you on Monday to celebrate Bubs life but I'm sure Kate will represent us well. Thoughts James, Hadley, Olive and Joe
We are So sorry to hear this sad news. Maryanne was always such joy to be around. I’ve been remembering lots of happy fun times we had playing Rep netball , and hanging out together in our Masterton days. She was always so proud of her Boys . May your memories of your gorgeous partner and wonderful mum help you all through these hard times . Thinking of you.. RIP Maryanne , until we meet again x Sorry we can’t be there to celebrate Maryanne’s life , we are out of town the next couple weeks 😞 will be thinking of you x
