I arrived at Rosehill College mid way through 1978 and on my first day and in my first class of a new school, Meryl was assigned by the teacher as my class buddy. My very first friend at Rosehill College who kept an eye on me and showed me the ropes 😊. Our paths didn't cross very often after we left College but our shared '78 friends would give updates on her whereabouts and what she was up to. When we did all meet up it was like no time had passed at all and it wouldn't be long before the room would be filled with Meryl's laughter. It is hard to reconcile that we all only met last month to say farewell to Carol and in no way could we have guessed that would be the last time we would see or speak to Meryl 😪. Two friends lost within a month but who are now together again forever. Sending love and condolences to Milo and all the family.
