SMITH Raymond Francis (Ray)

Passed away peacefully at Summerset by the Dunes in Papamoa, after a brief illness surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday 30 September 2025. Dearly loved husband of Mary for 64 years. Loved Dad to Christopher and Kaye, Lorraine and Grant, Murray (deceased), Brian and Adrienne, Stuart and Trudi. Granddad to 10 Grandchildren and Great Granddad to 11 darlings. A life well lived and a friend to many. The service of Celebration of Ray’s life will be held at Legacy Papamoa, 53 Te Okuroa Drive, Papamoa on Friday 3 October at 2.00pm.
