Loved husband of Thelma. Cherished father and father in-law of Andrew and Joanna, Jo and Tony, Kip and Becky. Stepdad of Sarah and Mike, and Keri-Anne and Matt.
Beloved Granddad of Jack, Ali, James, Sophie, Xavier, Ella, Alex and Ezra.
Loved and missed by all. A service to celebrate John's life will be held on Friday 10 October 2025 at the North Harbour Chapel of Dil's Funeral Services, 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany, at 2:30pm. Our sincere sympathy to Andrew, Joe, Kip and families; Thelma and family. Shona and I have known John for over 60 years and it was through him that we were brought together when I was his best man and Shona bridesmaid at his wedding to Raewyn. He has always remained a close friend and we have kept in contact with him especially in recent years through Facetime. We will miss you John but you will always be in our thoughts.
