You got Nathan his first fallow stag, something he’ll always remember, and you passed on some of your butchery tricks along the way too. There was plenty of learning, plenty of laughs, and of course you also managed to prove that a decent-tasting home brew beer really can be made. Those are the sorts of things that will stick with us the stories, the skills you shared, the laughs, and the time spent together. A bloody special guy! X
