Tributes

I only knew you for a short while, but in that time I came to know you as a kind-hearted person who dreamed big. He would help me mow my nana’s church lawns in Cannons Creek. You were always respectful and had a good heart. Rest in love, brother. I’ll never forget the good times we shared while you lived out in Kāpiti. ❤️

Jack was a kind and sweet boy, a fiercely loyal friend and could bring his friends to tears with his creative and often silly humour. I think fondly about our time spent together, from late night conversations shared to cruising side by side through the streets of Wellington city on our skateboards and all the wonderful days our wider friend group had together. Hoon, my dear friend, I hope your soul is at rest in a peaceful place and that you have reunited with our brother Winnie. I will miss your handsome face and cheeky smile for the rest of my days. I love you buddy.
