Treasured daughter of the late Gib and Edna Hickey. 

Sister to Max, Ben and Jeff

Adored and loving mother to Trish, Jenny, Murray, Michael, Stephen, Leanne and Bronwyn and their families.

 Dearly loved, very special Nana to 25 grandchildren, 61 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.

To live in the hearts of those we love is not to die. May her soul rest in peace.

Funeral prayers for Mona will be celebrated at the St Francis Xavier Church, Kamo Road Kensington, Whangarei, (entrance Park Avenue) at 10:00am on Friday 24-07-2026 followed by interment with Bill at the Kaitaia RSA cemetery (Church Road, Kaitaia) at 2:00 pm.
