Mum, you are such a bright light, you will always have a place in my heart, and I will always remember the laughs we had, and the outings we did. And you coming fishing with us. And you will go everywhere with me, as I travel this world. Till we meet again. Love you Mum

There are those who coach the sport and those who shape the soul. You did both for my Yusuf. Though time and distance separated us, the laughter we shared and the absolute trust I had in you remained untouched. Finding you again was a gift; saying goodbye is the hardest part. Rest peacefully, my dear friend." All our love Shona, and Yusuf.

Shona

My name is Yusuf, Louise was my very first gymnastics coach, and she was such a special and influential person in my childhood, She helped shape not only my love for gymnastics, but also so much of the person and coach I have become today. I was so saddened to hear that Louise isn't doing well. I completely understand this may be a very difficult time, but if it's at all possible, I was wondering if you might be able to pass on a message from me. I'm not sure if Louise would remember me after all these years, but if she does, please let her know that I have never forgotten her. I have always been incredibly grateful for the kindness, patience and belief she showed me as a young gymnast. She Made a lasting difference in my life, and I have carried many of the lessons she taught me throughout my own coaching career. I'm thinking of her with so much love and gratitude. Thank her for everything she gave to me and to so many others. She will always hold a very special place in my heart, and I hope she knows just how much she has meant to so many lives. With My warmest thoughts Yusuf
