Shaw, Catherine Mary, of Te Horo. Passed away peacefully on Friday,12 June 2026, aged 82 years. Born in York, England. Daughter of Leonard and Evelyn Rix (UK). Dearly loved wife of Rod. Beloved mother of Caroline, Timothy and Elizabeth and mother-in-law of Glyn, Kerian and Jo. Treasured grandmother of Connor, Jade, Sophia, Joe, Cara and Cate. Loved great-grandmother of Luna. A private service has been held, as Catherine wished. Catherine was a most wonderful wife, mother and school teacher. A memorial will be held at a later date.
