I remember Elizabeth as another farmer wife in Mangatoki. To me that is special as growing up in Managtoki was an honour and for Elizabeth to come in as a bride and be such a vital part of that community and the Eltham District along with the Anglican church environment and plunket days,, All such special times. Well done Elizabeth and take care of yourself Owen Yvonne and Noel Northcott.
My sincere sympathies to Owen and family on Elizabeth’s passing. She was a lovely gracious lady and will be sorely missed by you all, thinking of you Ruth Schumacher
We always enjoyed a good old natter with Elizabeth. She was a good listener too. A lovely generous lady. Did so much for in and around Mangatoki for so many always with a smile and generous heart... Rest easy now you have lived a great life and done so much for others you are sadly missed. Rosalie and Don

A wonderful generous lady to have known through guides and brownies a Taranaki icon will be sadly missed Gay Arnold
Gentle condolences to you all. Thoughts go back to Girl Guides where staying in tents on the farm at Mangatoki and making homemade bread, butter, and jam, swimming in the water hole by the culvert, and playing the piano in the living room there. A wonderful role model in my life and contributed to a wonderful and traditional kiwi girl's upbringing. Moe mai rā i tō moe roa, e te kuia rangatira. Sleep now your long sleep, noble elder woman.
We very much appreciated Elizabeth's friendship, kindness and care during our brief time in Elthan and afterwards on our visits to the North Island. We will miss her cheerful phone calls and chats. Our thoughts and prayers are with Owen and the family.
So sad to hear Elizabeth had passed. What a wonderful, kind, generous and fun woman she was! Our thoughts are with you all. Love Nadia
Ivan and I were so saddened to learn of Elizabeth’s passing. We have fond memories of happy times spent with Owen and Elizabeth when we were all young, living at Mangatoki and raising children. Elizabeth was my go-to friend who was always so generous with her help and advice when those inevitable little childhood dramas occurred. We will never forget her. Ivan & Lorraine Morris.
We were so sorry to read of Elizabeth's passing Such a lovely lady who will be remembered fondly Condolences to all the family Thinking of you all at this sad time
Dearest Elizabeth, I was saddened to hear of your passing this week but also I felt so fortunate to have had time with you for the few years. Every week that I instructed Aqua Fitness at the Summerset Mountain View swimming pool and you attended very regularly, is that that there would fun and laughter throughout our routine. I have missed you not being there for some time, but the girls always let me know how you were doing and with that i thought we may have more of those fun and laughter days. Rest easy now, you have lived a great life and know that there is a special place for you in my heart. Your exercise and coffee catch friend Gloria Zimmerman. Huge condolences to Owen and family ❤️❤️
Elizabeth was a beautiful lady who enjoyed people and gave her all to help others. A wonderful neighbour and cheerful friend to all. RIP Elizabeth we will all look after Owen for you.

Elizabeth was such a lovely gracious lady. We recall a guess who's coming to dinner at our home for Lions that Elizabeth & Owen came to . Elizabeth came loaded up with a huge selection of nibbles etc that she had prepared with enough for an army. Condolences to Owen & family Greg & Carolyn Nicholas
