Of Waikanae. Peacefully at home on Tuesday 2 June 2026 after a courageous battle. Aged 77 years. Dearly beloved husband of Glenys (nee Maunder). Loved & adored dad & father-in-law of Debbie & Brett Turner, David & Sonya Morgan, & Lizzie & Geoff Beynon. Cherished "Peppie"/"Poppy" of Sophia, Louie, Oliver, Ella, Grace and Lucy. A much-loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle & friend to many. Special thanks to Wellington Free Ambulance, Mary Potter Hospice & Nurse Maude. A service to celebrate David's life will be held at Kapiti Coast Funeral Home Chapel, 9 Hinemoa Street, Paraparaumu on Tuesday, 9 June at 11.00am, to be followed by a private burial at Waikanae Cemetery.
