Rosemary, Ashley and the extended family. It is with sadness to learn of Mark’s sudden passing and it brings back some great memories although we haven’t caught up frequently in later times. We send our deepest condolences and love to Rosemary and families with the very sad loss of a true gentleman, Mark. He was a wonderful ex-workmate, tenpin bowling mate, and a truly great friend. We will sorely miss his interesting chats, his laughter, and the endless banter. Mark will be dearly missed by us and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. We cannot attend the funeral this Saturday. We are visiting our family in Sydney. Our hearts and thoughts are with you all. RIP Mark
It would be very hard to find someone who thought that Mark Goodwin was not one of the "Good People." Mark bounced in and out of my life through music over many years in various projects locally, stints at the Bay of Islands Country Rock Festival, and the Marton Country Festival. It was always a pleasure working with him due to his natural talent and his quick wit; Oh his quick wit!!!! Thanks so much for the joy you brought to those around you Mark. I wish Rosemary and family peace and love.
