Although we were only in the company of Yvonne a number of times, we could see that she was an engaging and vibrant lady who enjoyed being with people and loved her family dearly. It has been wonderful to see the photos of Yvonne through her life which confirm her zest for life and the special family moments and times that brought everyone a lot of happiness and joy. Although I never had the privilege of knowing Yvonne personally, I feel like I’ve come to understand the kind of woman she was through the incredible person she raised. Jay is caring, strong, and truly one of a kind — the kind of friend who stands beside you no matter what, who fights through life’s challenges with courage, and who gives so much of herself to others. Those qualities don’t appear by chance; they are a reflection of a mother who poured love, strength, and guidance into her child. Yvonne, you did an amazing job.
