CHILDS Marcella Margaret (nee Walsh) Peacefully at Maryann Rest Home on Sunday 12 April 2026 aged 88 years. Beloved wife of the late Brian. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Maree & Rhys Ritchie, Greg & Diane, Mike & Lynette, and Craig & Alida. Cherished Nana of Samuel, Charlotte, Isabelle; Jordan, Tayla; Blair, Ashleigh, Nicholas; Georgia, Taylor, Brady; and great grandmother of all her great grandchildren.

Requiem Mass for Marcella will be celebrated at the Catholic Church of the Immaculate Conception, Miranda Street Stratford, on Friday 17 April 2026 at 1.00pm. To be followed by her burial in Kopuatama Cemetery.
Vigil prayers will be held in the church on Thursday evening at 5.30pm. R.I.P.
