already typed it what did you do with it ?
Jezzez Tony officially lost contact as soon as split up with your sister (late 90's), tricky start to our relationship too that dam Toyota Crown I bought you before you even first arrived in Australia which I assured you was sound - it was but hell cross ply tyres Gary common went Tony's muttering, it was an old crap car. Well we drove that dam Toyota to Brisbane and back had a laugh, had too when you were nearly drive us straight (into a truck) through a red light in Newcastle at about 5:30am I had to lean across and jam the brakes on, lucky that or you never had got here. Anyway so glad you got this far at least, although I feel so sorry particularly for Keith what a loss & Nada as she picks up the pieced now caste asunder or is that frozen or dropped and of course to the rest of your family and all your friends and colleagues. Anyway reminds of your joyous infectious smile and that dam laugh melted everybody every time me too. Cheers mate from a far but it was never that far at all eh ? No I wont mention you on that Honda 550 4 either ha what a terror you must have been. Regards Gary SIlva
I remember when mum had sent baya and I over to NZ over our school holidays I remember being so home sick and crying most nights. Tony burst out into a song this being “this is why I’m hot this is why this is why this is why I’m hot. I’m hot coz I’m fly you ain’t coz your not this is why this is why this is why I’m hot.” We all laughed this had always stuck with me. I’m sending my love to the whole family and my deepest condolences
Condolences Nada, Hannah & Andrew. Apologies I was unable to attend Tony’s service in person, but got to watch live. Beautiful service. Sending much love and strength during this time. See you soon for a red wine . Love Polimia xx
I was so sad to hear about Tony’s passing last week. Tony was a huge influence over my early and middle career and helped set me on the path that I’m still on. I remember his humuor, intelligence, good sense, empathy and his strong promotion of equality and fairness. I am sorry I will miss the funeral. Go well on the next stage of your journey, Tony.
