Maureen passed away unexpectedly on 6th March 2026.

Dearly loved mother of Matthew, Kate and Jessica, and cherished grandmother of Cassius.

Loved sister of Campbell, and loving aunty of Phillipa and Emma.

Proud great-aunty of Izzy, Zara and Keegan; Isaac and Piper.

Beloved friend to very many.

A nurse by profession and a caregiver by nature, Maureen was the warm centre of every circle she touched — in her garden, at her table, and in the quiet constancy of her presence whenever she was needed most.

At peace and dearly missed by all whose lives she touched.

A celebration of her life will be held at the Waipu Presbyterian Church, 50 The Centre, Waipu, Monday 16 March 2026 at 1:00pm
