Bereavement Panui on behalf of the Bell whanau, regarding the passing of Jinny Pirere Ruby Bell beloved Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunty, and friend to many.
Jinny sadly passed away surrounded by her whanau in Wellington on Friday 16th June 2023, Whaea Jinny is currently laying in state at her Whanau Whare. Address: 35 Wright Street Wainuiomata for the duration of her tangihanga. The whanau have advised us that a Service will be held on Wednesday 21st June 2023 11am at Haven Falls Poutama Tangihanga Funeral Home 42-50 Burden Avenue Wainuiomata followed by Burial at Whenua Tapu 3.00pm

Jinny was a constant in my life - like a second Mum who we could always rely on. The Bells were the family that my family considered friends, support, and so much more. Jinny was always kind and caring and treated us kids as an extension of her own family. Their love for my brother, Scott, and times they had him to stay were incredibly meaningful for us. I'll miss Jinny and her warmth, guidance, and humour. Much love, Renee.
