Peacefully at Taranaki Base Hospital in his 91st year on Monday 4 June 2018.
Dearly loved husband of Amy (deceased).
Loved and cherished Dad of Judy, Russell and Colleen, Peter and Vicki, Doug and Selina, and Paul and Michelle.
‘GranSam’ to all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A service to celebrate Sam’s life will be held at Eagars Te Henui Chapel, 174 Lemon Street, New Plymouth on Friday 8 June 2018 at 11am, followed by a private cremation.

RIP Sam, The Stratford Club adjunct members and especially all of our junior members express our deepest sympathy and condolences to the family of Sam who will be forever remembered in our thoughts annually as our juniors compete for the Sam Keller Junior Trophy. A mighty man has been lost. With much love and respect we bit you farewell Sam.
To Sam's Family I was lucky enough to know Sam twice in my life, once as a teenager (Hi Doug) and the other as an adult. Sam was always ready with smile, a (ahem) joke and a quick swig of whatever he was carrying that night. There will always be a place in my heart for Sam.
