COOK Julie Madeline (nee Andrew)

Passed away peacefully at Elizabeth R Hospital, Stratford on Sunday 3rd December 2017.  Dearly loved wife of Fred, loved mother and mother-in-law of Diane and Colin, Richard, Bruce and Michelle.  Devoted Grandma to her two grandchildren Kelsea and Shanell.

A service to celebrate Julie’s life will be held at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Regan Street, Stratford on Friday 8 December 2017 at 1.00pm, a private cremation will be held.
