Frederick Vincent Ellis (Fred). Born on 7 November 1931, passed away peacefully at Summerset Mountainview Resthome on 20 August 2021. Much loved husband of Rosemary (deceased), father of Catherine, David, and John, father-in-law of Rachel and Clare, and grandfather of Florence, Walter, and Stella. Many thanks to the wonderful Summerset staff for their compassionate care of our Dad.

A mesage of support to the whole whānau - so sad to hear of Fred's passing. I know he was keen to make it to the amazing age of 90 - he was only a few months short of that milestone and of course was in his 90th year! I know he was very proud of his family and lovely grand kids. He was well loved and cared for and I am sure will be greatly missed. Kei kona te aroha me te whakaaro.
