RYE, Kenneth James:
Peacefully at Taranaki Base Hospital on Tuesday, 29 June 2021 aged 98. Husband of the late Marie. Cherished father and father-in-law of Robin Rye & Margaret Bishop (Marty), and Leonie & John Davidson. Loved Grandad of Kerrie, and Emma. Loved Great Grandad of Hunter, Kayden, Luca, Xanda, and Leo. Loved brother of Margaret Taylor, and Grace Hitchcock. The Rye family would like to send their sincere thanks to the staff at Jean Sandel Retirement Village and Ward 4A at Taranaki Base Hospital.

A service to celebrate Kenneth’s life will be held at Eagars Te Henui Chapel, 174 Lemon Street, New Plymouth on Friday 2 July 2021 at 10:30am, followed by his burial in Eltham Cemetery at 1:30pm.
