To Jenny and family. Sadly I have not been in touch for too long, but saddened by Tony's death. When I arrived to NZ in 1986 Tony welcomed me to NPBHS and New Plymouth with friendliness, good humour and a sincerity which was wonderful. We played squash often together and I was priviledged to meet you Jenny, and your family. Tony was the perfect English gentleman and showed insight, care and gentle leadership at all times, in teaching, recreation and life in general. Never one to judge and a person with time to converse with a smile always on his face. He leaves significant memories for us all. My time over the 15 years I lived in New Plymouth was made richer by you sharing Tony with me Jenny. Thank you sincerely. Phil. Glass
