Sorry I couldn't make it to the memorial service. I remember the last time we caught up with you on Waiheke and our trip up to Peacock Sky. That was a happy day and a nice way to remember you. My condolences and sadness at your passing. Rachael Wheeler (Corlett) and family

We are so sorry we couldn't be there in person to say goodbye to Uncle John. His glowing smile and booming laugh will definitely be missed. Kirsty, Dave and Sam
So sorry we cant be there to celebrate your life, who was a loving sole that is going to be missed by all, that laugh that will never be forgotten, first on the dance floor and that special cousin that was always around. Rest in peace John, with sad heart we say good-bye Marie Harkness and family and Colin Bendall and family.

Our love to the family at this sad time. We have such happy memories of John and his laughter over the past 50 years. We will be with you on the live stream tomorrow. Michael, Lorraine and family
So sad we cannot be there to say our farwells to a favorite Uncle. John will always be in our memories, from sitting watching the road runner with my dad, working on the digger, and just laughing round the dinner table fighting for that last scone. Will miss you always. Love to all.
