I learnt so much about you during the service My guess is that you would have been about 21 when Auntie bought you home to Tawa St to meet the whanau. You made a huge impression with my parents Sunny and Irene, we were all just so happy when you married our Auntie because she was a favourite of ours especially when she babysat us. Kia ora Kath and family. I was saddened to read of Leo's passing. He was a much respected taxi driver when I joined him as a "young lad" in 1998. I worked alongside him for 15 years until he retired. He was a great man for a yarn about his experiences from his years of driving. It was also pretty easy to start him on racing too. Sorry I can't be with you all on Thursday as I'll be out of town.
