Loved the laughs cousin Gerry. Never forget the day whitebaiting at our favourite spot down at the Waingangoro and this fallow decided to put his net behind aunty Taini - not giving her room to maneuver her net. She asked him to move and he mouthed off at her. Next minute "splash". Lol. Oh the memories. Ka nui taku aroha ki a koutou e te whanau. Moe mai ra cuz.
A beautiful service, Bronwyn it is with much love and regret that I am not with you guys today. Fond memories of you being in awe at the seafood markets in Sydney, who is going to save me a stash of whitebait when I visit now. I imagine that you are kicking back enjoying a never ending drink with Raewyn and Igors. xx Diane

Today our hearts are heavy with sadness and breaking once again. Cousin you were truly one in a million. All the memories of the good times are flooding back. The mischief we got up to at Challenge Engineering, the laughs throughout the years of athletics, celebrating the milestones in our kids lives, our whanau always had a special bond. These memories we will treasure always. But most of all cousin, I want to thank you for all the love and support you have given me & Ngawai throughout her life. You were an amazing uncle who always stood by her & encouraged everything she has done. I will forever be grateful for that. To Bronwyn, a massive thank you for sharing him with us over all these years. Know that we are with you right now in heart & spirit. Love you girl. To Sara & the rest of the whanau. I know dad loved you all. You were his universe, even when you drove him crazy lol. But even then, you were his world. So finally cousin, yes our hearts are heavy but I'm happy that you can finally rest at ease. Love you forever and always. Dione & Ngawai🌹
