Thinking of you Mo. I will miss Rons cheery nature.

We were so privileged to have known Ron. He was always cheerful and welcoming. Together with Mo they became our NZ family and we will always cherish the memories. Ron you were a true gentleman and will be missed hugely. To Mo, Kerry, Nicky and family hold onto the good memories, you are in our thoughts.

Best Brother-in-Law anyone could wish for. Always smiling, funny, joking. Would always stop and chat to anyone. A memory of our good times was when we came over from England on a holiday and Ron and Mo took us out for a drive, we got lost and ended up in an Auckland car park. That started us laughing so instead of doing Auckland highlights we toured about 10 car parks in Auckland instead. We laughed so much we couldn’t get out the car when we got back to the house. Everyone in the England family both mine and Roy’s will miss him so much. Love and miss you darling Ron x

I think Ron Touched the lives of most he come in contact with. Always ready for a laugh and a joke is how I will remember Ron, He has been part of my life for so many years and will never leave. From the first time Mo brought Ron home and introduced him to Me The time Ron bet me 10 Shillings I could not smoke a cigar and I won the bet and that was never his plan. Walking Maria down the isle and truly making her feel part of our Family. The visits and trips we had together and his ability to catch the biggest Tree on the lake on a fishing trip are only a fraction of the memories I have with him

Everytime we met Ron he had a smile on his dial and a warm cuddle. The 2nd of the two Ron's has left us and will be sorely missed. RIP Ron you fought one hell of a battle.

It doesn't matter when or where...we can find joy in life...as he told me once playing with his friends on the street before the bombs during the world war. When I close my eyes the first thing I can see is his lovely smile and ready to say a funny thing to you... even when he was trying to teach you your first swear word it doesn't look bad only makes you laugh more than anything... that's how I used to feel with Ron around "the world is a better place with his kindness and joy for life". Forever in our hearts...we love you heaps.
