So many good memories of Graham, from back in the Clonbern Road days, through front beach, Bay of Plenty. Graham always had a smile, and was a genuinely good guy. He will be dearly missed.

Dear Janine, David & Scott, what a great service you had for your Dad. He would have loved your dancing with the coffin & plenty of laughter. I have many fond memories of our childhood & then visiting when they lived down Whitianga way & also Pahoia before we moved down to Tauranga. It was lovely meeting for lunch for a catch up over the last 5 years. Thank you so much for having it live on line as I had so wanted to have been able to travel there from Auckland but not possible. Please all take care & hopefully we can catch up again one day when this country recovers hopefully. Love Judith xxx

We're so sorry for your loss Dave, Janine, Scott and the Peters family. The service yesterday was so special, a really lovely celebration of Graham's life. It was great to be able to watch remotely as we couldn't be there due to the Auckland lockdown and the live stream meant we felt like we were part of this special moment with you. All our love Dave, looking forward to having a toast to Graham when we can all get together soon. Kelly, Neale and George xxx

So sorry that I couldn't be there in person Janine, Scott and Dave, to celebrate your Dad. Was there in spirit and watching the live stream of course. I have wonderful memories of being 'hosted' by your parents when Janine and Margot and I were on our various flat adventures. Hospitality was always guaranteed as was a bit of 'cheek' and a feeling of being part of your whanau. Your Dad was a wonderful man and I know there will be a big gap in your lives. Sending love and hugs to you all. Chrissy xxxx

So many wonderful qualities come to mind when I remember Graham.Kindness being at the top of my list. We all celebrate your friendship and joyful approach to a life well lived. Graham’s love and pride for his family has been outstanding and another of his admirable qualities. Lots of love to Dave, Janine and Scott, your Dad’s qualities will always be a part of you. “May the road rise to meet you. May the wind always be at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, and rains fall soft upon your fields. Until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of his hand “ An Irish blessing for you all. Thank you for making the world a better place my friend 🌺

Fondly known as Uncle Graham and Auntie Colleen by our.children, Graham and Colleen were our neighbours in Hinewa Rd, Otumoetai 50 years ago. A lifelong friendship, of fun, care and great memories. It is difficult talk about Graham, without mentioning Colleen, because that is how they were. A committed, loyal and loving couple. Our love and support to Janine, David Benjamin and Scott, at this sad time, as they continue their life’s journey without the physical presence of their dad and mum, but hold them forever in their hearts. With love, Marie and Jimmy

Many years ago I flew to New Zealand to visit a friend, she took me to visit Graham and Coleen at their home. They welcomed me with open arms and made me feel right at home. Over the years I have kept in contact, in the latter years with Graham, Christmas, birthdays, etc. Graham was a lovely man, funny, warm and a really good soul. Rest In Peace Graham, you will be sadly missed by your children and everyone who knew you. ❤️

Graham, it was such a privilege to know you, yes indeed! Along with Colleen we had some fantastic times with you, following you with your changing addresses and staying with you. Such a shock to us when Janine sent the message that you had gone. Rest in Peace. Such fun we all had.

Very sad to say goodbye to a very Dear Cousin and friend. It was always a fun conversation when we spoke. Since we moved to Te Kuwhata we haven't been able to visit but I will miss our phone calls. A very kind and thoughtful man who loved his family. R.I.P
