Russell, Sheryl, and I were like clockwork in the mornings on our neighbouring farmlets. All tending to our animals, in their case beef stock, chickens and dogs and in my case horses. Very often particularly Russell and I would meet at the fence to discuss life, the weather and our families. And we helped each other out when we needed it. He was always kind, wise and measured with a cute wry smile. He never said a bad word about anyone. I will miss that connection with our dear neighbour. Rest in a pain-free place Russell. You were one of the worlds lovely humans XX .
