Passed away peacefully in Rotorua on June 24th, in her 96th year. Loved wife of the late John. Loving mother of Joan and Ron Irwin, Gordon and Barbara, and Robert and Averil. Loved Grandma to all of her grand children and great grand children. A special thanks to the staff at Glenbrae for their wonderful care and patience. The funeral for Mary will be held at 1pm, Wednesday 1st July, at Osbornes Funeral Directors, 197 Old Taupo Rd Rotorua.

Joan & Ron, Gordon & Barbara , Robert & Averil, and all of your families. Wishing your Mum and Grandma a beautiful journey to the otherside. Now she can rest with your Dad. I have many beautiful memories as a kid growing up from Middlemarch and Atiamuri, our family visits. I know she will be missed. You have always been there us, and I wish I was closer at this time. Two years ago Gordon took me to visit and she knew I was one of Peg's girls just needed to be reminded which one. My condolences and love to you all, Your cousin, Jill
